1. Install LM Studio on this computer.
2. Download any model inside LM Studio (search & download).
3. Go to the Developer tab in LM Studio and turn on "Start Server" (default port 1234).
4. Click Refresh below to connect — that's it, fully local & private.

Click storySelect any story from the left panel — your words appear immediately.
+ New StoryClick the + in the Stories panel to start a fresh tale.
TitleClick the title at the top of the editor to rename your story inline.
Ctrl + SSave manually. But it also auto-saves 2 seconds after you stop typing.
B / I / SSelect text, then click Bold, Italic, or Strikethrough.
H1 H2 H3Headings — good for chapter titles and section breaks.
QuoteBlockquote — use for letters, epigraphs, whispered lines.
⸻ BreakScene divider — inserts a visual scene break line.
